No. We are not a traditional staffing agency.
We’re a healthcare marketplace that matches healthcare companies with all their staffing, recruiting and hiring needs. VELGATO HEALTH is a platform that connects healthcare employers directly with Nurses & other healthcare clinicians.

2. Do you employ the Nurses

No. Nurses & other healthcare clinicians are not our employees.
For recruitment: You interview, hire, pay, schedule, and manage them directly.

For staffing: we pay the workers on your behalf, you reimburse VELGATO HEALTH on a prepaid basis - UBER STYLE

3. How fast can we staff

For all staffing services and requests, we cover all requests in minutes, for recruitment purposes, many clients receive applicants within 60 seconds when our OPTIONAL speed matching AD ONs are picked. depending on:

• Location

• Role type

• Pay competitiveness

• Urgency tools selected

There are no guaranteed timelines.

4. What if you can’t find staff

For recruitment purposes, we don’t guarantee hires—but we maximize exposure.

For Staffing purposes, we guarantee access, visibility, and tools.

If results are slow, we typically:

• Increase job visibility

• Add urgency or featured placement

• Adjust job details (pay, title, schedule)

5. Do you guarantee placements for recruitment

No. Since we’re not the employer or staffing agency, placements are not guaranteed.

Yes. All Plans comes with an UNLIMITED job post slot, and you can:

13. What if our pay rate is lower than market

We’ll recommend:

Same-day or short-notice roles perform best when boosted.​

Plans are monthly, and you can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

16. Are there refunds if we don’t hire full time, or receive placements for PRN roles

Platform access fees, job postings fees, and add-ons are non-refundable, as visibility is delivered immediately.​

Clinician individual fees are refundable if Velgato Health is unable to provide coverage (see our refund policy and terms or service page)
